Arvinder Kaur founded Metrics Matter to offer small and medium businesses access to the same quality of digital marketing, analytics insights and execution that large companies have through their in-house teams.

She has over twenty years of experience in consulting, digital marketing and strategy with Fortune 500 companies, and has worked across geographies to drive business results. Before founding Metrics Matter, she led digital customer engagement for Capital One. Arvinder is a mentor with two non-profits – SCORE and Pacific Community Ventures, that provide business advice to start-ups and small businesses.

Arvinder is a proud Longhorn (McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin) and a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
